Working with peckvonhartel architects, Tom Carroll led the overall team throughout all phases of the project of the new Worksafe Victoria Headquarters, at 1 Malop Street, Geelong.

Tom Carroll and Nelson Riofrio were responsible for the delivery of the base building and integrated fitout.

With a Gold WELL standard and a 6 star green star rating, 1 Malop Street sets new standards in workplace design. The Ground Floor and Level 1 provide a cafe, library and flexible accommodation for Worksafe staff and visiting members of the community. Large adaptable meeting spaces can cater for groups of 40 to 400, with access to an outdoor terrace that also provides fresh air to those meeting spaces.
