Freshwater Place Roof Terrace

Unused roof spaces are common throughout the city. To improve amenity for building occupants and give access to private open space we were engaged by Colliers International to provide a space with dual functionality for work and staff recreation.

The space is terraced and offers an energy producing pavilion for shelter complimented by intersecting breakout gardens.
