This heritage building once a Munition factory located near the Maribyrnong river has now been designed to be repurposed as a new hospitably venue with various offerings.

Harnessing it’s robust structure, the timber trusses and brickwork will be restored giving the space a new life to a bar, restaurant, outdoor eating and entertaining facilities.
