Toorak Rd. Office Addition

Modest in scale, the project involved adding to an existing heritage shop front.

With a growing trend for the decentralisation of office spaces from the CBD, a smaller offices with their own discrete access, integrated within inner city residential suburbs, will become more common.

The lightweight timber design neatly cantilevers over the existing masonry structure, creating a new side entry and life to the rear of this shopfront and office building.
